World's End Run, Llangollen (18.8 km)

World’s End is the far end of the long line of cliffs above Llangollen, on the north side of the Dee Valley. This 18.8 km circular run climbs onto the ridge and the open moorland beyond, then loops back through the valley. With roughly 740 metres of climbing, it is a full half-day on the hills.

- Start: Llangollen, near the town centre
- End: Llangollen (circular)
- Distance: About 18.8 km (11.7 miles)
- Terrain: Rocky ridge paths, moorland tracks, and valley footpaths — sustained climbing onto the ridge with rough sections near the edge; muddy and slippery after rain
The main tracks are mostly clear, but the moorland sections fork and the cliff edge needs care — especially where the rock is loose or wet. This is a long one — carry water, check the weather, and allow three hours or more.
