Sefton Park Run, Liverpool (3.5 km)

Sefton Park is a big park in south Liverpool with lawns, woodland, and a large boating lake. This 3.5 km loop circles the park on paved paths and gravel tracks, passing the Palm House and the main lake. Flat, easy to follow, and popular with walkers, runners, and dog owners.

Keep to the perimeter paths and you will naturally return to the Palm House. Expect cyclists and families with pushchairs on the busier lakeside sections, especially on sunny weekends.
