A flat 9 km coastal run from Palma along the seafront — promenade, marina, and sunset beaches south of the city.

A linear walk along the Wirral coast, from New Brighton at the mouth of the Mersey round to the marine lake at West Kirby — about 19 km, flat and facing the sea the whole way.

A 19 km loop from Holyhead over the shoulder of Holyhead Mountain, along the clifftop above South Stack, and back inland from Porth Dafarch.

A flat 3.6 km out-and-back on the Liverpool Docks waterfront — Pier Head south past Albert Dock to Coburg Dock and back, on promenade and dock setts with the Mersey alongside.

A 9.4 km circuit over the Great Orme from the Llandudno promenade — up through Happy Valley, past the summit, and round the seaward edge of the headland.

A 6.6 km circuit from Whitesands Beach near St Davids — cliff path south to the lifeboat station above Ramsey Sound, then farm tracks back to the sand.
