Hampstead Heath Run, London (5 km)

Hampstead Heath is a huge stretch of woodland, meadows, and ponds on one of the highest points in London — it feels wilder than almost anywhere else in the city. This 5 km loop crosses the open grass of Parliament Hill, dips through the trees, and passes the bathing ponds on the way back.

- Start: Hampstead Heath, near the Parliament Hill Fields entrance

Finding the way needs more attention than in a formal park — paths fork, signs are sparse, and it is easy to add distance with a wrong turn. The GPX track keeps you on the main circuit. Expect dog walkers, families, and swimmers near the ponds on warm days.
